The Club is an annual sponsor in Repair Affair and has built several wheelchair ramps for those in the community that have Physical Challenges and a hard time getting into and out of their homes. |

Paul Harris Fellows: each year the club gets 3 members to become Paul Harris Fellows to support the works of Rotary International with combined donations of $3000 per year– over 20 current members are Paul Harris Fellows |
Dictionaries for 4th graders: The club provides dictionaries to every 4th grader in Harlan County so that they will have them during the portfolio year of elementary school |
The Club Sponsors the Annual Goin’ Back to Harlan Bluegrass Festival – the event draws many out of town visitors to Harlan and helps local non profits raise money for operations throughout the year as well as promotes Harlan County Tourism opportunities and helps to preserve our rich cultural heritage |
Litter Control: In concert with the Harlan Chamber of Commerce the club has created a position paper to present to our elected officials to help get something going in Harlan for litter control. Without this type of effort we feel that tourism efforts will be defeated. |
